Every now and then customers have questions.  Almost all of the answers can be found below.  If you find yourself with a question that is not answered we can be reached through our contact us page.

 

What size should I order?

 

Our sizes range from Small – 3XL depending on the shirt type. Women’s Tees are in a feminine cut please check the sizing guide for measurements as shirt may fit small. Ladies shirts can also be printed on unisex style shirt please contact us for this option. Mens Tees are in a Unisex shirt style.

What type of printing process is used on your apparel?

All of our shirts are printed by hand and custom made at the time of ordering. We use heat transfer as well as screen print process.

 

Ordering

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express through our secure payment processing system. We transit your credit card securely for your protection and we do not store your credit card information. Additionally, we also accept PayPal.

 

Shipping

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

T-Shirts/Tanks/Sweatshirts

Standard shipping for orders in the United States takes 4-6 business days for processing and usually arrives 4-5 business days after shipping occurs. Orders with expedited Shipping usually arrive 2-3 business days after processing. Most orders are received within 7-10 business days of ordering.

Standard shipping for International orders takes 3-4 business days for processing and usually arrives between 6-15 business days after shipping occurs.  Please note the shipping fee paid includes the price of shipping your order. It does not include any customs of border fees your home of country may impose, if imposed those fees are your responsibility.

*You will receive a system generated tracking email once your order ships.

**Limited edition items can have a longer processing time.  Please check the processing times for these items on the items page

**During holidays or times of high demand, orders can take up to 10 business days to ship.

Mugs

Mugs are made to order and can take up to 7-10 business days to process prior to shipping. Once shipping occurs:

Standard shipping for orders in the United States takes 1-3 business days for processing and usually arrives 4-5 business days after shipping occurs. Orders with expedited Shipping usually arrive 2-3 business days after processing. Most orders are received within 5-7 business days of ordering.

Standard shipping for International orders takes 1-3 business days for processing and usually arrives between 6-15 business days after shipping occurs.

What shipping method do you use?

Standard shipping for orders in the US are shipped via USPS First Class.  Expedited shipping for orders in the US are shipped via priority mail.  Standard shipping for International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.

My order arrived and it's missing items, what do I do?

We frequently process and ship orders separately.  Please reach out to us and we can let you know the status.

Do you offer package tracking?

Yes! We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped.  A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left our facility.  An exception applies for international orders.  For international orders you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with an estimated delivery window,

 

How much does shipping cost?

For Domestic orders we offer flat rate shipping of $7.00 for standard shipping ans $12.00 for expedited shipping.  For International orders we offer flat rate shipping of $25.00 (delivery cost only no country imposed customs/duty fees).

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Since we print every product when it is ordered we CANNOT PROCESS SIZE EXCHANGES.

If you received a defective item, we'll happily replace it. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size. Please contact via the contact us page for further information.

 

All of our items are made by hand at the time of purchase. We do not have a warehouse or inventory. We do not issue refunds on orders.
